How often do we completely focus on our clients that we forget the most important asset to our MSP or department… the employees. Do the employees feel appreciated and valued? MSP employees are often the direct line to the client. They represent the “face” of the company. Are we motivating the employees?
The true measure of a leader is how they treat their employees, not their equals.

- Invloved in creating core values
